On May 1st I started a 30 day video challenge. In this challenge it is my goal to add more video content to my youtube channel and to provide you with vital health and wellness information.
Posted below are the first two videos of this challenge. In them, I am discussing my desire to be totally fit and dis-ease free by my 40th birthday ( which is next year...start saving for my present now...smile). Today is day one of my new eating program and my new workout regimen. I just joined a gym ( Planet Fitness) on yesterday and I plan to utilize it to the fullest. The membership was very affordable ($10 a month...wow).
I am so excited to embark on this challenge and to use my health and fitness plan as a great subject matter to talk about. I hope that you all gain some greater insight to who I am and what I offer as well as great affordable tips and protocols.
I am adding a 7 day plant based meal program into the mix to help me attain my weightloss goals. The plan I am using is by Lindsay Nixon and you can find out more about this plan at www.getmealplans.com. I will be doing videos about my favorite meals on this plan and how it is working out for me.
