"A heart at peace is more important for your health than a handful of prescriptions" ~ Jerry E. Tobias
13 years ago I lost my father to a massive heart attack. He was 52. This tragic event was the impetus for me to not only get in better shape, but to also become a health educator and service provider. Heart disease is the number #1 killer of African Americans and of women!
February is National Heart Awareness month and I wanted to honor my father LaRone F. Frasier and his twin, my uncle Tyrone F. Frasier (who would have been 65 this year on their birthday on Feb. 17) by offering a FREE tele-seminar on how to achieve and maintain heart health.
Heart health does not only include physical health but emotional health as well. I will cover some complimentary health suggestions for high blood pressure, stroke prevention, stress relief, weight loss and relationships.
Be sure to log into the call which will take place on Feb. 20, 2013 at 8pm EST/7pm CST. The number to call is 530-881-1212 (cell phone charges may apply) and then put in the meeting id number: 383-599-605# when prompted. This call will be recorded, but I look forward to interacting with you live! Tell your friends and family!
Yours in health,
